Recently acquired by Intema Solutions Inc, a publicly listed company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) – the licence success was the final condition required to be met for Intema’s acquisition of Livestream Esports.

Intema is focussed on becoming the emerging leader within the esports industry and as part of its growth and expansion strategy the group have acquired an esports team, social gambling platform and media ment business.
